About Us

One job, done properly

Modnestic builds tools for a single moment: the fastener that has stopped cooperating. The bolt that snapped off flush. The Allen socket that rounded out on the third turn. The nut that a wrench now spins on freely.

That moment costs more than it should. A thirty-minute repair becomes a weekend. A cut-off wheel damages the part you were trying to save. A shop quotes you $180 and four days for one bolt.

We do not make a hundred products. We make extraction tools, and we make them hard enough to outlast the fastener they are removing — because an extractor that rounds off on the first turn has made your problem worse, not better.

What we tell you, and what we don't

Every specification on this site is one we can stand behind. If we do not know something about a product, we say so rather than filling the gap with something that sounds good.

That means we will tell you what you need alongside the kit. The 10PCS extractor turns with a 1/2" socket — it does not go into a drill chuck, and we would rather you know that before you open the box than after. If the bolt snapped off flush, you will need a drill and a twist bit to make a pilot hole first.

None of that costs us a sale worth having. It costs us the sales that would have come back as refunds.

Sixty days, and use it first

You cannot tell whether a tool works by looking at it. So use it on the fastener that has been beating you. If it does not do what we said it would, email us within 60 days and we will refund you.

Signs of use are expected, not a disqualifier. You do not need to ship a used tool back.

Getting hold of us

Email support@modnestic.com. A person reads it, usually within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

If your order has gone quiet, tell us the order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
