This website is operated by Modnestic, a trading name of OLD NEIGHBORHOOD BARBECUE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of California, United States, with its registered address at 101 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640, United States.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Modnestic. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your region's currency is displayed. Prices exclude import VAT, GST, customs duty and carrier handling fees on orders outside the United States — see our Shipping Policy.

We work hard to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Your card statement will show MODNESTIC.COM.

We do not store your full card details. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout, each under their own security standards.

5. Delivery

Delivery times quoted are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for rates, timeframes and what happens if a parcel goes missing.

6. Safe Use of Our Products

Modnestic sells hand tools intended for removing damaged fasteners. They are driven by a socket on an impact wrench, ratchet or breaker bar, and in some cases require a drill and twist bit to make a pilot hole first.

You are responsible for using them safely and for the tools you drive them with. Wear eye protection. Secure the workpiece. Do not exceed the torque the tool or fastener can take. Keep them away from children.

We are not liable for damage to vehicles, machinery, workpieces or property arising from use or misuse of our products, nor for personal injury resulting from failure to take ordinary precautions.

7. Returns and Guarantee

Our 60-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights are set out in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Modnestic name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our site may link to or embed third-party services, including order tracking provided by 17TRACK. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or Canada, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
