Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

- Orders under $49: a flat rate of $4.99

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 10–16 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–16 business days

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to begin updating.

Customs & Import Duties (Canada & UK)
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs office. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Address
